Hotel simples, sem luxos.
Limpo e com serviços basicos.
Pequeno almoço básico
Localização excelente que compensa a ausencia de luxo.
I had my reservation for that room several months in advance and I traveled with a workmate and we arrived late in the evening. When checking in to the room, the person at the reception desk first gave us a room card that didn’t work. Then, he checked me and my workmate in a room with only one bed, even though we reserved a room with two beds (obviously, as we were two people). When getting to the reception again, he told us that he doesn’t have any twin rooms available anymore, so for the time being, he’d give us two individual rooms. As I was quite tired from the trip, I wanted to go to bed quickly after taking a shower. Shortly after, the hotel personnel called me out of the shower, telling me that I IMMEDIATELY had to change the room. Apparently, a room for two people was available right now, so they checked me into that room. I changed to room number three that evening, went to bed and fell asleep right away. At 1 am in the morning I woke up because somebody was persistently knocking on my door. I opened and encountered two people from the hotel personnel, telling me that I immediately have to change rooms again, because they had other people waiting downstairs who had booked my room. Though telling them that I had a booking for that exact same room that I was in and that I was already sleeping, they insisted I’d move out of the room straight away. As an alternative, they told me that I could „go to my workmate’s room and sleep on the other side of her bed“. Even though she was already asleep, they opened her room and let me in, otherwise, I’d probably have ended up on the floor in the hallway. That night, I felt treated as a second-class visitor, even though I paid full price and had my booking far in advance. Nobody ever apologized for the incidences and we did not get a refund for the room we didn’t get in the end. I’m extremely disappointed by the way the hotel personnel acted. This is not how to treat guests!
Funcionários simpáticos.
