Centrally located. Clean. Approachable and receptive staff. It might be our fault because we didn’t ask, the aircon setting is on 16 degrees but the flow doesn’t feel like it. It works on a short periods but the temperature still feels cool-ish and not cold-ish. Coffee machine available 24/7 but you need to go down to the ground floor.

This was an amazing experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly the entire time, they even gave us travel recommendations when we asked for it. Was a very clean hotel,everything in the room was super clean. We had a good view from the balcony overlooking the small pool downstairs. Great value for the price, would recommend!

A very welcoming experience from front desk staff. Hotel has a coffee machine downstairs for your coffee on the go. Rooms are not well insulated against sounds between rooms as I could clearly hear neighbours in the room next door.

Rooms were superb, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and location was excellent. I simply can't fault this place. We won't stay anywhere else when we return to Faro.

En passant tenté de reserver une chambre et on m'a dit que l'hotel était complet alors que j'avais vu sur Booking qu'il restait des chambres. Je suis ensuite retourné sur Booking et j'ai réussi à faire une réservation. Étrange non ?

Modernes Hotel und Zimmer. Nahe der Altstadt zu Faro. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock vorne zur Straße war nicht ganz so toll von der Lage. Zimmer nach hinten bestimmt wesentlich ruhiger.

We have just i’m so had a 4 night stay at Roots and we have had no problems at all and only a very positive experience. Room was exceptional; fully fitted kitchenette, cleaned daily to a very high standard and staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable!

We stayed for 3 nights, we can only recommend Roots Horel Apartments. Ideal location in the centre, extremely clean, quiet room, helpful staff, good coffee, 24h reception.

Super Apartment. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Tv. Separates Schlafzimmer. WLAN etwas langsam aber stabil. Sauber und modern. Nicht abgewohnt! Nettes Personal. Achtung enge garageneinfahrt nichts für dicke Autos :) ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

A modern hotel with apartments at a central spot in the centre of Faro. We liked the space at the ground level where you are always welcome to drink coffee or thee with your own food.

Worth a visit. Great location in Faro. Walking distance to train and bus stations. Short walk to the town. Spotlessly clean hotel with cooking facilities in the rooms.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would return if visiting Faro in the future. ❤️

Great hotel Apartments in easy location for train/bus station. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the Marina, old town and shops

the room was superb! in fact it’s not a room, but it’s a studio apartment. the staff very polite and friendly, they even willing to booked a taxi for me at 4am. also, it’s near the train station.

overall worth the price. definitely will come back again ????✨

Super petit appartement très propre avec balcon au dernier étage. Une place de parking (à réserver) pour 5€ la nuit. Emplacement à 7 minutes du centre ville à pied et un super restaurant portugais à 50 mètres

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Roots Hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The rooms were beyond amazing (only the beds could be a little more comfy). What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Despite a minor incident with a neighboring guest, the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They not only addressed the issue promptly but also went above and beyond by offering a free upgrade. I felt genuinely cared for, and their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The Roots Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to its fantastic rooms and the outstanding service provided by its remarkable staff. A solid 5-star experience!

חדר נוח, פינת בישול, מטבח מצויד, קפה ותה חופשי ממכונה למטה בשטח חדר האוכל הציבורי. נקי ואסטטי. מרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר העתיקה. למרות ששעת הצ'ק אין הרשמית היא 3 נתנו לנו להיכנס ב 12:30
