To make up for this lack, the Das Figuras theater opened its doors in 2005, following the year of culture. This imposing edifice may not look typical, but it boasts a 782-seat amphitheatre to accommodate artists and spectators alike. The multidisciplinary program ranges from dance to music, circus to opera, and is aimed at all generations.
