A local character travels back in time to recount the history of the city of Faro from its very beginnings. Then, an animated seahorse (Marino) introduces you to the Ria Formosa, its flora and fauna, and its sounds, before taking you to the table to learn about the gastronomy of the Mediterranean diet.
