Between Loulé and Almancil, lost in the middle of the central Algarve, a Swiss chalet with an upstairs terrace, which was nevertheless spotted by the Michelin Man's guide who gave it a star... A rather elegant address serving French cuisine - although the chef is Brazilian - using products from the ocean and the hinterland: fish soup, lombo de pregado with its truffle ravioli, supreme of scallops with cep sabayon... If you forgot your MasterGold, you'll probably leave your shirt there!
