It's hard to imagine that, after passing through these huge hotel complexes, you'll come to a path that promises to reveal the rich flora and fauna of the Ria Formosa. Take the footbridge down to the ocean to observe birds (flamingos, storks) and exotic animals (turtles, chameleons). Quinta do Lago is one of the most famous spots in the region, not to be missed under any circumstances, and preferably at sunset.
