This restaurant overlooking the river is undoubtedly the best marisqueira in Tavira. By this word, we mean seafood and shellfish specialties. The fifty or so place settings are decorated with: estupeta de atum, salada de polvo, lombinho de porco recheado com camarão, cataplana Mar Rico... Desserts are just as good: segredo de figo (with fig), charlotte de chocolat or doce de alfarroba (with carob). Prices remain reasonable and the managers are up to the task.
