Outside the city walls in the southwest corner of the city, but 100 meters from the church of São Salvador and 800 meters from the castle of Serpa, is this lovely century-old white house, languishing around a patio. In a typical Alentejan interior, with vaulted ceilings that give it a cathedral-like feel, the six rooms allocated to visitors by the Casa's inhabitants are beautiful and cheerful, and have original decorations. Some of them open onto a very pleasant patio, close to a pretty pond, perfect for amphibious aperitifs.
