An interesting museum that presents the ancient methods of olive oil production before industrialization. Its manual olive oil press is in an excellent conservation. It operated until 1941. Photos on the walls show you the process. It is a pity that the guided tours are only in Portuguese.

Accès au village par la petite route M632 .Quelques indications de signalisation du musée et aussi du mirador situé à coté. C’est un petit village agricole (olive et vin). L’entrée sous le porche laisse découvrir un magnifique paysage de la vallée du Douro. Attention le musée malgré les indications n’est pas toujours ouvert. A l’intérieur c’est très simple. Quelques photos et matériels (pressoir) retraçant l’historique, la vie des habitants et le cycle de fabrication. L’huile est d’excellente qualité. A voir aussi la petite église de Igraja Matriz do Seizo. Continuer à pied jusqu’au mirador pour découvrir un magnifique panorama.
