ADEGA DE SINES
"In the heart of Sines, in this beautiful town with the scent of the sea, a small tavern from the early 20th century stands in front of the castle...". So begins the story of this tasca where you'll feel right at home: communal tables, an old-fashioned counter, pastel tiles on the wall, the setting hasn't changed in years, and all the better for it. Grilled octopus, homemade flan, wild boar in season, all served with rice and French fries. An address of absolute simplicity and immutability, frequented by workers. The menu changes daily, but the famous poulet-frites never does!
