MOINHO DE VENTO
This windmill located on the heights of the village is also a study center for the students who visit it.
A windmill, with all its wings spread out, and working as before! On the heights of the village, this mill is open to visitors and you can watch the millers working there from father to son, as long as there is a bit of wind, of course. The mill dates back to the end of the 19th century and was acquired in 1989 by the municipality of Odemira, which turned it into a tourist site and a study center for the students who visit it. You can come and buy flour and grind your grain there! A very nice initiative.
