If you're curious to see how the chocolates are made, head for Beatriz. A native of Bariloche in Argentina, she opened her first store in Odemira, before opening a second in the Algarve. Before biting into it, you'll learn that here, dark chocolate is a combination of Ecuadorian cocoa beans (70% minimum) with aromas of jungle fruits, rum, whisky and tobacco, milk chocolate has a subtle caramel taste and white combines with mint and arbutus brandy... quite a program!
