Café, brasserie, stationery shop or tobacconist? All at once in this huge marble-fronted establishment, located as its name suggests under the arcades of Praça do Giraldo. Here, on the terrace or in the long hall, you can munch a sandwich, drink a beer or a cappuccino, enjoy an ice cream or dip your nose in the powdered sugar of the pastries (the pasteis de nata are always very fresh...). An absolute must!
