An hour from Lisbon and 15 minutes from Évora, but right next to the Cromeleque dos Almendres, a megalithic marvel, this superb house is planted among cedars, oaks and cypresses. It's the Quinta de Montemuro, a farmhouse entirely restored and transformed from the ground up by an Australian architect who fell in love with the place.
