A relevant address for Alentejana cuisine respectful of tradition, between walls laden with bottles of wine and covered with azulejos, as is often the case in southern Portugal. Veal takes pride of place here, in all its forms: in shanks, ribs and chops, medallions, steaks... Our favorites: sopa de espinafres com feijão, entrecosto com vinho e mel, migas with pork. During the hunting season, partridge and hare are served stewed. Good local wines and a warm welcome. Providential!
