TOMBALOBOS
In this restaurant, the rustic cuisine so characteristic of the Alentejo region takes pride of place: always prepared with market produce, including game and wild mushrooms in season, for example, and simmered according to the rules of the art. An ode to simplicity and quality ingredients. It's a pleasure to spend time in the room, with its vaulted ceiling and château-like atmosphere.
