But you can also just go to lunch (around 30 €), in a leather and wrought iron frame, to test the preparations of the Carvalho Chef Manuel Carvalho, and in particular his memorable rabbit to fundador wine, which turns out to be perfect, escorted from a bottle of red champagne.

Superbe terrasse sur "a praça da Oliveira" un contraste détonnant avec la modernité des plats traditionnels revisités. De l'entrée au dessert, un raffinement et une harmonie de saveurs surprenant...jusqu'au "cabrito" de 12 heures que l'on déguste comme à la maison, Bravo !

Superbe cadre en plein centre de guimaraes, cuisine traditionnelle portugaise revisitee, une jolie carte des vins et grande finesse des mets.

Magnifique restaurant plein de charme et d’élégance, accueil et service exemplaires, menu très raffiné, très bon choix de viande et de poisson, belle présentation des plats, très bonne carte de vins. J’y ai fêté mon anniversaire et je suis restée très très satisfaite! Je remercie le personnel pour le service (table de 8 personnes à 12h30 ,))
