Superb old home, the heart of the old town and the upper class for refined accommodation. But you can also just go to lunch (around 30 €), in a leather and wrought iron frame, to test the preparations of the Carvalho Chef Manuel Carvalho, and in particular his memorable rabbit to fundador wine, which turns out to be perfect, escorted from a bottle of red champagne.

Excellente cuisine ! Cadre très agréable sur une des petites places historiques de Guimarães. Service au petit soin. Restaurant respectant les mesures sanitaires anti-Covid.
