MUSEU DE OLARIA
Museum that exhibits a multitude of pieces from mainland Portugal and the islands in Barcelos.
This small museum of pottery (inaugurated in 1995) exhibits a multitude of pieces from mainland Portugal and its islands. It is a beautiful space that offers a permanent collection as well as temporary exhibitions. Original pieces are on display as well as old pottery. Children and adults will love to visit this museum, they will have a great time and learn some potter's techniques that will make them want to continue. Not to be missed, especially since the entrance is free and the staff speaks French.
