Close to the border with the Spanish region of Galicia, the Monção termas boast hot waters at around 50°C. You'll experience rejuvenating baths that are sometimes hard to get into right away. Take your time: step into the shower, put your first foot in, then your second, and finally immerse your whole body. The most courageous will alternate between cold and hot baths, perfect for blood circulation. Termas are recommended for dermatological and respiratory treatments, among others.
