The statue of Antonio Feijo is an attraction not to be missed on your visit to Ponte de Lima. Antonio Feijo was a Portuguese poet and diplomat born in Ponte de Lima in 1859. As well as the statue, there are other interesting attractions nearby. You can visit the Ponte Romana e Medieval, a historic bridge offering a magnificent view of the Lima River. The Matriz de Ponte de Lima church is also not to be missed, with its impressive architecture. For a bite to eat, there are several restaurants close to the statue, such as Restaurante Diamante Azul and Taverna Vaca Das Cordas, serving European and Portuguese cuisine.
