Located in the heart of the wonderful Al-Bustan hotel, Al-Khiran is the main restaurant of the hotel: a bright and spacious place with large windows open onto a shaded terrace, very pleasant in the warmer season. From the hall where a battalion of chefs is active under the gaze of the gastronomes (open kitchen), direct view of the biggest swimming pool of the hotel, the gardens, the mountains and the sea in the background: a decor of choice! A map of salads, soups, grills, mezzés, pasta, pizza, meat and fish… but instead choose the buffets which, each day of the week, visit a different world cuisine: Sunday, French on Sunday, Arabic on Friday, etc… A surenchère of delicious dishes to which it is very difficult to resist!
