Subdued atmosphere, red banquettes, dark woodwork, golden umbrellas... exoticism is everywhere. The exceptional quality of the food and products prolongs the trip and offers a daring fusion cuisine (ah these shrimp and truffle dim sum!) or traditional dishes prepared with great art, like this Peking duck to be ordered 48 hours in advance - an emotional taste memory!
