Courtyard is the hotel's main restaurant, offering all-you-can-eat buffets every evening. An extension of the lobby, it looks like an indoor garden with a skylight and (fake) cherry blossom trees. On Friday evenings, the place is transformed for Sabla Night: a fabulous oriental evening with live cooking stations hosted by Omani musicians, amid the halo of myriads of lanterns and the notes of local musicians. Everything contributes to the magic of the moment: the scent of spices mingling with the waft of incense, the diversity of dishes.
