Far from the city centre, but 15 minutes from the airport and close to the port facilities, it is an imposing building that could have been an ugly building if it hadn't been well dressed by its architect. Vast atrium in a vertical shaft criss-crossed by two glazed elevators, a restful palette of colours, beige, brown, matching mineral surfaces in a contemporary style, luxury rooms and, to relax, 2 bars, a 25-metre-long swimming pool and a 4-lane bowling alley hidden in the basement. Also a restaurant and a steakhouse.
