It's a small, unpretentious hotel (motel-style in the US) like dozens of others in the sultanate, especially in the more remote areas. Camped by the side of the national highway, it tries to fulfill its mission as emergency accommodation and, by default, as a break from the long road between Muscat and Salalah when you're showing signs of fatigue. Since we even have TV, we're saved. As usual in these friendly gargotes, it is wise to ask to see the room before paying, to check that the water is running and that the bed is made.
