Restaurant offering sushi with different flavours in Bayeux.
The city of Bayeux, until then very traditional in terms of catering, has become a reference in Japanese cuisine thanks to a young couple: Sven and Chloé. Since they opened their Sushi Heart, it’s been a big hit! It must be acknowledged that Sven’s creations are particularly successful and that in addition to mastering the art of sushi, sashimi, maki and Californias (which he learned with a sushi master), he enjoys seeking out different and original flavours, cold or hot. This is how smoked chicken, breast and mackerel, arugula, basil, coriander, honey, caesar sauce... we can go on and on, and the best ones often invite themselves into his compositions, to the great pleasure of customers who ask for more! Desserts like mochis bring a touch of sweetness to the end of the meal. Not to spoil anything, Chloé’s welcome is simply adorable: no doubt that this Heart of Sushi makes the hearts of the gourmands beat.
