A la carte or à l’ardoise, carefully prepared and reinvented each week, Chef Romain’s cuisine is homemade and gourmet, based on Norman products. This day, millefeuille with black pudding, apples, camembert and Vire andouille; poultry ballotine, mushroom cream and mashed potatoes; French toast with red fruits and lemon whipped cream.
