The address moves the gourmets. David, a specialist in "chocolate-pastry-macaroons", makes us melt with pleasure. "Here it’s for the chocolate freaks! And here, everything, but absolutely everything, is homemade, with specialties such as apple with calvados coated with candy sugar, chocolate from the Pays d’Auge (Tatin-style apple ganache), ice creams, verrines, fruit jellies (wrongly left out, our grandmothers’ sweets come back with reassuring naturalness), spreads... We can’t resist. So to your tablets! Chocolate bars, of course.

What a lovely place! We popped in to buy gifts for our friends, and ended up having a chat with the owner. He managed to keep his shop open despite the Covid times, and I am sure this was thanks to his great products. Excellent products, plenty of choice, so many interesting flavours - a must if you stop in Bayeux. Short stroll from the centre on a lovely shopping street. Highly recommended.

Acheté 2 bûches de Noël: vanille + fleur de sel. Plutôt savoureux mais assez gras, surtout pour la vanille. Dans l'ensemble assez décevant, manque de texture diverses, biscuit ou croquant. L'ensemble est composé de trop de mousse. Mais c'est apparemment la norme maintenant, on fait des entremets et non plus de vraies pâtisseries. J'attendais mieux et plus surprenant pour ce prix.

Super depuis l'ouverture on est addict les gâteaux sont excellents les chocolats aussi et le vendeur est top à consommer sans modération
