Open for more than 40 years, this restaurant is an institution of the good society of Nassau and is reputed to be the best restaurant in the Caribbean. Naturally seated next to his cigar roller, a glass of port in his hand, Enrico, the owner, welcomes you with a smile and all the generosity of an exiled Italian. Polyglot and epicurean, he has perfectly composed, with his culinary knowledge and experience, a refined Italian and French cuisine with a few strokes of genius of Bahamian inspiration.
