Located outside the tourist areas, this sushi restaurant is worth a visit! A smiling welcome, a Zen atmosphere and a Japanese chef at the helm of a traditional cuisine in the heart of the restaurant, everything is there to transport you to Japan. Mayumi, the Japanese owner, is full of energy and after having run a restaurant in Monaco, she came to Nassau to start this new adventure. The fish is very fresh and, for once, never frozen, which is rare in the North American world. For lunch, we recommend the bento box formula.
