The Bamboo Shack is a small local fast food chain with a dozen locations throughout the island. Created in 1990 by a woman entrepreneur who dreamed of offering the best fried chicken in the world to her customers, the brand is recognized by all Bahamians as THE quality fast food. It serves chicken but also conch, shrimp and even lobster in season! If you like conch, you can taste it here in all its forms: breaded, spicy or in fritters.
