Welcome to Jean-Georges Vongerichten in the Bahamas. Here the cuisine, very creative and constantly renewed, is a skilful blend of French cuisine with Asian flavours and Bahamian touches. The dishes are not very copious, gastro obliges, but so tasty ... The décor, imagined by a French decorator, with a kitchen open to the room, evokes the trendy tables of New York rather than the tropics.
