With its spectacular view of the marina, Café Martinique now offers a refined and "plant-forward" cuisine, a fairly recent concept consisting of highlighting vegetables without excluding meat or fish. Indeed, in 2019 Atlantis Paradise handed over the queens of this restaurant, previously run by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the well-known chef of the Dune, to an experienced Italian chef of Sardinian origin, Alessio Pitzalis. A refined and very modern cuisine that will enchant your palate as well as your eyes as you get closer to art.
