Quite unique and unexpected on Paradise Island, the centre teaches yoga and meditation according to the tradition of the Hindu spiritual master Swami Shivananda Saraswati (the forerunner of the opening of Hinduism to Westerners). Yoga and vegetarian diet are de rigueur. It overlooks the beach. The rooms are housed in wooden bungalows. One can also pitch a tent in the garden. Yoga and meals included!
