TAHITI BEACH
A small beach of white sand, protected from winds and currents, frequented by visitors in sailboats and an invitation to meditation.
If there is a beach to know in the Abacos, it is probably this small white sand beach called Tahiti Beach! Located at the southern end of Elbow Cay and inaccessible by golf cart, it is mostly visited by sailboats and is often deserted. Protected from winds and currents, this beach is a place for meditation and is one of the few in the Bahamas where there do not seem to be any of those "sandflies" so unpleasant at sunrise and sunset in most of the archipelago.
