Ideally placed on a teak terrace facing the prestigious Valentines Resort marina, this address offers a wide range of salads, fish dishes and sandwiches. Our preference? No doubt mahi-mahi grilled for its originality, with its local pineapple sauce, its small vegetables and its Bahamian mac 'n' cheese, or perhaps still the filet of meror, definitely very fine. At the end of the day, the Rooster Tail Bar welcomes you in bar-lounge mode to sip a Goombay Smash, a Kalik, or another exotic cocktail as an aperitif.
