Situated on the main road with a beautiful view of the Exuma Sounds, here is a simple and very local table, to enjoy good specialities at soft prices, ideally at the end of the day to experience the splendid sunset over the sea that gave it its name . Taste the homemade version of the famous "Cracked conch" of conch salad or grouper croquettes, they are particularly tasty and at a very acceptable price for the island, especially for such portions calculated for the North American market.
