I heard it was Ernest Hemingway's favorite restaurant! This restaurant has been run by the same native Bimini family, the Shermanns, for over 40 years and it is now Betty who took over the restaurant from her father who knew she would make it prosper by respecting its authenticity. It is still today the only address on the island for dinner on the west side: beyond the plate, which offers an American-Bahamian cuisine, we enjoy the sunset on Radio Beach.
