La Tchadienne, formerly Novotel, is located on the banks of the Chari in an oasis of greenery and offers 3 restaurants open to all, whether you're staying at the hotel or not. By the pool, the Sao, sheltered on a beautiful covered terrace, offers an interesting and varied menu of Chadian and more Western dishes. It's a very pleasant place to eat, and the dishes are well prepared. If you prefer air-conditioning, a beautiful room houses the Kapok, a bistronomy-oriented restaurant, ideal for evenings too hot to stay outside.
