Dedicated to expatriates, Perception is both a bar and a restaurant, where you can watch soccer and rugby matches on the big screen, have a drink to jazzy tunes, or get your groove on on the dance floor on Saturday nights, when the DJs' scratches, mixes and fades are heard.
