CHEZ MAME DIARRA
Senegalese restaurant

This small Senegalese restaurant, undoubtedly the best in N'Djamena, offers, among other dishes, an excellent thiéboudiène (rice with fish), Senegal's national dish. The restaurant even received a certificate of recognition from ONPTA (Office national pour la promotion du tourisme) in 2023. The place isn't luxurious, but the food is delicious for those who like West African specialties. If you like lamb, don't miss the Dibi, a delicious braised lamb, or the Bassi Salté, an excellent Senegalese couscous.
