Located not far from the airport and La Résidence hotel, Laya Lina offers a wide choice of Lebanese and Levantine dishes under the fans suspended from the spacious and beautiful paillote: kebbeh, mezzé, falafel, arayes (a bread cake stuffed with lamb or mutton), chawarma and, of course, the famous tabbouleh. But the rich menu doesn't stop at Lebanese cuisine, offering a wide choice of Chadian dishes, pizzas, sandwiches and even camel meat. We recommend the camel minced meat with garlic, which is delicious. Good wines.
