This renowned cultural center offers language (French, Arabic, English) and computer courses. It also has a library and its own publishing house. Djidda Aboubakar Akaye has been teaching Arabic at the Al Mouna center since 2011. He also works for the European Union, the World Bank and certain ministries for the same service. He meets all profiles and statuses: French-speakers, Arabic-speakers, English-speakers, Chadians and foreigners. Arabic is one of the country's two official languages, but many people don't speak it.
