The Ouara Palace lost its lustre of yesteryear. There are two lounges, including the one on the first floor with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the city and the surrounding areas, but the lack of maintenance is clear, as shown by broken glass. The rooms are frills: Bedding is correct, but running water and lighting often fail.
