Emmanuel Kemdeholo, the chef/patron of the place, is passionate about cooking and takes great pleasure in passing on his knowledge to his students, who will delight your taste buds by preparing a fine carp, an excellent captain's fillet, or even beef kidneys, a rare dish in this country!
