Don't trust the building. In this modern and uninviting building, there is a little gem: a 100% organic city farm-inn (it is the restaurant of a local farmer). Almost an exception in Siberia. We come here first and foremost for this homemade cuisine, reputed to be fresh and of high quality. Wide choice of meats: rabbits, poultry (geese, turkeys and other gallinaceous), Hereford beef raised and prepared with love. Farandole of cold meats and pâtés; vegetables and fruit from the garden. Some seafood. Signature teas.

Pas facile à trouver et un peu excentré de centre ville. Mais une fois sur place vous ne regretterai pas ! Cuisine européenne et russe, grillades... les steaks le vrai régal ! En plus c'est bon pour la santé puisque toute la viande et tous les légumes viennent de leur ferme bio. Personnel attentif et gentil. Je recommende vivement !
