Created in 2015 on the initiative of Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Medvedev and Naïna Yeltsina, wife of Boris Yeltsin. It is dedicated to the life of the first President of the Russian Federation, born in Butka, 260 km away. Attention is paid to the seven most important days of the pre-presidential and presidential period. Admission is free on February 1st, the birthday of the late leader. Inside a complex that includes an art gallery and a souvenir shop.
