In the house, typical of the end of the 19th century, of the famous Ural photographer Metenkov, who was the instigator of cinema in the Urals. On display is the photographer's private collection: thousands of period photographs and historical photographic material... history. It is also an international house of visual and digital arts as a gallery is dedicated to temporary exhibitions of Russian and foreign artists. A few photographers are admitted in residence.
