The Perm underground platform. Located on the banks of the Kama River, Shpagina is a former railway mechanical workshop (1876). Today, this cultural space of more than 84,000 m2, entirely renovated, is the creative heart of the city. Innumerable events are organized there: exhibitions, concerts, festivals (photography, plastic arts, etc.) and other fashionable performances. The visit of these gigantic work halls, as well as the surrounding gardens, are worth the detour!
